Founder Story

Throughout my 25+ years in healthcare across the NHS (United Kingdom) and Apollo Hospitals Group (India), I witnessed firsthand how workforce shortages impacted healthcare institutions and, ultimately, patient care.

Hospitals often struggled with workforce shortages, while talented healthcare professionals sought flexibility, transparency, and meaningful opportunities to contribute.

Recognising this gap, I founded MedLynk with a simple goal—to create a trusted platform that connects healthcare institutions with verified healthcare professionals, making healthcare connections simpler, smarter and more accessible.
