1. Professional Fees
Professional fees are determined based on the professional category, qualifications and specialty, years of clinical experience, nature and complexity of the assignment, duration of the assignment, shift timing (day, night, weekends, public holidays), and urgency of the staffing requirement.
2. Fee Schedule
MedLynk maintains a Professional Fee Schedule which may be revised from time to time. The applicable fee is displayed before booking confirmation.
3. Acceptance of Fees
Healthcare professionals are informed of the applicable fee before accepting an assignment. Acceptance of a booking constitutes acceptance of that fee.
4. Payment to Professionals
Professional fees are processed following successful completion of the assignment and approval by the healthcare organization, subject to applicable statutory deductions, if any.
5. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for night shifts, public holidays, emergency or short-notice assignments, and extended duty hours where applicable.
6. Taxes
Healthcare professionals are responsible for complying with their applicable tax obligations.
7. Policy Updates
MedLynk may revise this policy and the Professional Fee Schedule from time to time.
